Top Ten Villains Tag! Mwahahahaha!

Image
The button! Sarah from A Well Cultivated Mind has MADE me do the villain tag! *Gasps* She may be a villain herself! ;) Just kidding, thank you so much, Sarah! I was really excited to get this tag! Alrighty here are the rules. Post the button. Thank the blogger who tagged you. List your top ten favorite villains (they can be from movies or books). Tag ten other bloggers. Well I think everyone got this tag already, soooo I won't probably do the last instruction. In fact I have flooded Rose French and Emily Miller's inboxes lately with tags, so I will refrain from tagging them again. ;) They're actually my friends in real life, so I have more of a chance being killed by them than anyone else I am to bother with tags. That's part of the reason I am being wise in not doing so. ;) Alrighty, let's get started with these tags! I’m going to do it in order of ten to one, one being my favorite villain and ten being my tenth favorite. ;) So he...

The Manuscript Came!

It came! It finally came! "Extremely dangerous, keep out of reach of children. Cool!" ;) Not really. Just quoting.

Moi! The Liebster Award!

Image
It's true! I got the Liebster award again from the very kind Faith P at Stories by Firefly! Thank you Faith so much for tagging me. :) I am not very good at doing these but I shall try my best! So here we go... The rules for the Liebster Award: Link back to the person who tagged you. Answer their 11 questions. Tag 11 bloggers. Ask them 11 questions. Let them know you've tagged them. 1. What is your personality type? I’m an ESFP, Extroverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving. Believe it or not I only scored slightly extroverted above introverted, most people who meet me wouldn’t guess that but if you get to know me better you usually discover I have a sensitive, quiet side I only show to those I really know. I feel a need to be the happy one for everyone else. :) But on the Feeling over Thinking category, I scored an 89% feeling over thinking. Uhm yeah. ;) 2. What part of writing a blog post takes the longest for you? For me the writing part is the easiest....

Just a Test and Random Pictures

Image
I've been getting comments about readers not receiving emails from the blog. So I reset it and hopefully it will work now, so this is a test post to make sure you get this in your inbox. Let me know if you saw this on your dashboard a day or two after posting so I know if it's hitting inboxes or not. And since I can't make a post without some  sort of content... Doing laundry with Ebony. Who is very helpful as you can see.

Could It Be?

Image
What is this? Could it- could it actually be true? Is there really even any remote chance this is happening? Well I guess we'll have to look at the receipt now, won't we? That's right! I have finished the first edit of the Mornellys and it is COMING IN THE MAIL SOON! I have ordered myself a manuscript copy!

Hijacked!... Allegedly

Image
*Emily is sitting watching My Little Pony with little sister. A figure steals across the floor, surprisingly quiet for how large he is. He stops behind the two girls, neither see him. He then eyes the TV in interest, but his true motive is still at hand. He slips from the living room to the kitchen where the laptop is standing and-* “Ruslan Ivanovich Petrov what are you doing?” Why Emily, I am merely looking at your computer. What is big problem? “Big problem! Ruslan, you’re not just looking at my computer you have it open and you have… my blog open?” Allegedly, my dear.

Art Concepts- First Attempt

Image
What's this? Can it be? Why yes it can! It seems my illustrator, the very talented Melissa McConnell (you may have seen her art in the Goldtown Adventure  series, or perhaps Tales from the Circle C Ranch or in any number of books, cards, paintings, etc.), has conjured up some Mornelly (and Mornelly friends) pictures! That's right, we're talking the very first concept sketches for the Mornellys in their upcoming book, I-6: Legend of the Mornellys, the first volume of hopefully many Mornelly volumes. :) So without further ado, here are her first sketches of the Mornellys and some friends.
