I'M BACK!

To my dedicated readers and friends, I'm so sorry I took soooo long to post, I was on a computer break for a week and then went camping for eight days in Idaho. It was wonderful, but I'm happy to be home.
I will resume posting sometime this week, we'll see. Thanks for keeping your eyes peeled for new posts and hugs to you all! :D

  2. I'm glad to know you didn't just disappear. :) I haven't been camping for years. But we used to camp every spring for my mom's and my birthday. (We share the same day along with my mom's younger sister.)

  4. I understand! It's great to be home! We've been camping for eight days and we just got back yesterday. We had a lot if fun! We saw deer and elk. Are you working on your story for the short story competition? I'm in the ten-thirteen age range. I've been working on my story all morning!

    1. Ah, you camped as long as we did. :) Some campers in the campsite next to us told their kids, "don't talk to that family, they're wierd. I mean, who on earth would camp for eight days!?!" we overheard them and tried our very best not to die of laughter. I do believe the most awesome people camp for eight days, that's what! ;)
I will EVENTUALLY work on my story for the short story competition. But as of now I'm working on a million other things and trying to wrap up a couple of my stories/books. :) I'm in the 15-17 category.
Thanks for commenting and I hope to see you around more soon!

Camping! We're camping for 4 days here in Eldarado,KS at the lake and its beautiful! We have 65-75 degree weather all day! That's like unheard of here at this time of year! Watching the surises and sunsets over the lake are gorgous!

    3. Sounds like fun! I love lake camping spots, we always camp next to the river. It's a lot of fun and it really is beautiful. So many mornings I was up before the sun fishing and I got to watch the sun rise. It really takes your breath away. :)
Thanks for commenting and see you around!

  5. Haha! We had some friends who were staying a long time, so we weren't alone! Did you guys see any animals? Where you tent camping or do you have a camper? We have a pop-up trailor.

    1. We saw a good amount of animals, yes. Moose, deer, a four foot bee hive, (it counts! ;D) and lots and lots of...fish. I'm an avid fisher and I caught a lot of fish this trip around. It went well, we had a lot of fun. And we camp in a tent, which can get really interesting when the thunderstorms start rolling in and the wind is really high. :D We hid in the van for that storm...
