Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

What are you thankful for?

I am thankful for my family, my friends, my horse, my chickens, my cat that recently showed up again, my stories and for a loving God that is so long-suffering and patient with me. He has never given up on me, no matter how self-focused, selfish and bad I can be, He has never forsaken me or left my side. Thank you God for always being there for me!

One of my fondest memories I'm thankful for this past year. My first time galloping through a wheat field. It was on my bucket list of things to do like my characters from my stories. :)

I like your story below. Maybe I should do a list like that for my blog-the millions of imaginary pets, animals, and people that "were/are" my family and friends! I loved it!
    Ah, if dreams came true!
My Thanksgiving was in October, but I am still thankful for God, my Bible, horses, my memories of my little Guinea pig (died this summer :C), memories of my Mom, my family, my friends, my friends who are almost family, freedom spiritually and physically, relative health ....

    1. I'm assuming this is Ira-Grace, seeing how I think you're my only Canadian blog reader. ;) And I know Canadians have Thanksgiving in October. Actually my Grandfather, (whom I never met. He died forty years ago. He was born in 1903) was from Quebec, Canada. So that makes me a quarter Canadian! We may be related. ;)
Thanks for sharing what you're thankful for. Aren't we so blessed?
And I'm glad you like the idea of the Magic Penny Story. Two of my good friends and I conceived this idea years ago, and we imagined the craziest things. I wished all my imaginary characters to life, my other friend wished that she could talk and tame every animal that existed, and my other friend wished she was Walker Texas Ranger's sidekick and could do all the same moves he could do. B-) We used to have so much fun playing the "Magic Penny Game." Years later I went on to write it, and several more years later, I'm finally posting it. :)
      Thanks for commenting!

      Uh, yeah, that's me, Ira-Grace!! :D
Ask my grandmother. She seems to be able to relate us to just about anybody! Ha ha! Not quite.
I'm not Quebecois though. :D (Fancy Canadian French word for Quebec-ians!)
      God bless!

    1. Yep, all my chickens are named! Twinkie, Capt'n Jack Sparrow, Crunchy the Second, Darth Vader, Gertie, Gossie, Ariana, Hawk Eyes, Short and Round, Subaru, Chicharonie, Lady Bach, Hello Chicky, Famous Movie Star and Tribble. :) I had twenty-one at one point, but I've had several die in the last couple years. :( I had to get rid of my rooster as well. His name was Nicolai Dobzhansky the Rooster. He was attacking my siblings and my Mom said he had to go. I was the only one who could go into the coop without him attacking, because I was his "master" in his eyes. I raised him. :)
What are your chickens named, Lydia? :)
